Hyrox, as it turns out, is more than a race; it’s a fusion of strength, endurance, and camaraderie. Imagine a blend of functional fitness, running, and obstacle courses—all under one roof.
Training with Family
I decided to join my niece and sister—as my trusty training partners. Together, we have tackled burpees, lunges, and sled pushes. We laughed through sweat-soaked sessions, cheering each other on.
